Required Documents

New Student Admission Eligibility:

  1. Should be a Tibetan Nationality
  2. Parent’s updated green book copy
  3. Student’s updated green book and RC copy
  4. Student’s Birth Certificate: -
    • Class VI student – Born on or after first January 2011.
    • Class VII student – Born on or after 2010
    • Class VIII student – Born on or after 2009
    • Class IX student – Born on or after 2008

Entrance Exam and Result Announcement.

    1. Selection test will be held on 15th March 2023
    2. Venue for examination center: TCV Upper, TCV Chauntra, TCV Bylakuppe. Students can reach their nearest examination center.
    3. Students should reach their examination center before 9.30 AM on 15th March 2023.
    4. Duration of examination is for three hours and will start from 10.00 AM till 1.00 PM in the afternoon.
    5. The examination will be conducted in four main subjects: Tibetan, English, Mathematics and Science.
    6. Total mark is out of 100. (25 marks in each subject)
    7. Students should score 50 percent marks in each subject.
    8. Result will be declared on 27th March 2023.

  2.  Final Report Card from respective schools
  3. Transfer Certificate
  4. Marks sheet from previous school
